"You're still a kid until you're 18." Alfred said with a nod at Singapore. "That's the rules." He grinned bouncing in his seat a bit. He couldn't wait for things to get started today. He had some really good ideas today.

Singa pursed her lips. "That's a full adult, which I know I am not yet, but it doesnt mean that I am still a 'kid'. I am long past adolescence." she said primly.

Russia walked down the hall pulling her scarf closer to her neck. She looked down at the stack of papers, folders, and the bottle of vodka she held. She popped open the bottle and drank it in a flash. Now she was ready to go fueled up and all, she was a little late do to reasons she rather not say. She threw away the empty bottle and walked in to the meeting and to her surprise Amerika was there before her. As well as Japan, Germany, and Singapore. It looked as if Amerika and Singapore were agruing. She gave a smile to her 'friends' and spoke "Hello~" she said cheerfully.

Alfred laughed. "Until you're all grown up you're still a kid to me. It's not a bad thing to be Miss Singapore."
That was when he spotted Anya having walked in and gave her a short wave. "Hello."
