That's good and no problem, anytime. I'm good but I'm tired, I just got back from the University then after that I had a meeting to go to. NK's fine I guess, I was suppose to see him at a family reunion over in his country and I wasn't allowed in because his boss had tempertanturm. I guess.
Did you hear that your boss Putin's going to come visit my boss and I on the 12th for two days?

I think, you have to maintain good relations with your brother. Sometimes he acts weird.
Yes, I know. Now he wants me to have good relationships with all Asian countries. I'm gonna have military exercises with Japan. I don't know, what will China say, but we're both in "BRICS" anyway, so it makes us allies.

I know and I try to but the thing is, is that his government is not letting me get close to him. I can't even sneak a letter in without them them interfering. I try my best but he also has to put some effort in as well, I can't be the one twin doing all of work. I know that he acts weird... Yeah and we are suppose to be identical twins...
Well that makes sense, my boss also wants me to get along with Kiku better too and I also have been doing naval exercises along with him and Al recently. Yeah, I don't know want Aniki would say to that either, but whatever I do something he thinks that I'm up to no good. Hm... I wonder where he got that idea from, da-ze? But I don't think he'll mind it.

I wish you luck. I know how it is, when you are alone. I miss that time, when we all were together under the name USSR. We all were like brothers and sisters, that was an awesome time! Don't lose your brother, he's the only one, who can be so close to you.
You know, what I think about it? Nowadays we all have to show, how powerful we are. And we all do it well. Whose peacock's tail is brighter. Have we ever spent such amount of time doing this? No, never before. Nobody is going to fight. It is an arms race and nothing else.

Thanks. Yeah... I don't want to lose him, he's such an important part in my life. He's my other half! We have been close for our whole entire lives, I just don't want his communist government getting in the way of our relationship.
I guess that you have a oint there. We all warn each other that we're going to do something just to show that we're more powerful and then everyone else does it. And each time, it turns out to be a big bluff. Not even my brother's going to fight eventhough he might be the one dumb enough to actually do something and cause WWIII to happen. Anyway, I wouldn't say that this is an arms race but more like a game of chicken.

We all have a powerful nuclear weapon, so, another World War will just... Kill all of us. I think, nobody will use it soon. My last Emperor was the first one, who was talking about World Disarmament. He was absolutely right..
