Korea, You just have to learn from my mistakes. I think, everything is going to be okay. Now it seems to be like this. We all have a powerful nuclear weapon, so, another World War will just... Kill all of us. I think, nobody will use it soon. My last Emperor was the first one, who was talking about World Disarmament. He was absolutely right.. Sometimes it can be more murderous than the nuclear war. I was scared of it earlier. Now I know how to deal with it. Even the World Disarmament can't protect from the information. True, it could be more dangerous. I know how to protect myself but there are others that can't. It could be hard because you don't to give anyone including your closest friends informantion on how to protect yourself but you also don't want your allies to get hacked and all this other crazy stuff. I just don't tell everyone the whole story, not even Al knows certian things do to serucity. And I'm more at higher risk since I go to University among the humans. Any of these people could be spies. I just try my best to be as careful as possible.
And also all of this Cyber Warfare is pretty dangerous. Everything is done by computers now. All it takes is one nerd to hack into a government computer and the whole electric grid is out!

I can't omit the Iron Curtain now, it would be just silly way to hide from spies. You can do it. However, it would make a copy of your brother out of you. Most of my new generation students are going to work with computers. I think, it is good, because I need to have a good "shield". And nobody can provide it, but the new young generation. You have a point. I really don't want to become like my brother but he is the reason why some people in my government want secretcy. They dont want my brother's government to get ahold of certian information. I hate secrets and I hate keeping them but senate isnt giving me any real choices. I do like my government but I fear of going back into being a dictatorship. You probably never knew this but back in the 60s and 70s, I was a dictatorship. Man, thank god that's over! As for you I would totally hate it if you go back to being the Soviet Union. Then wouldn't be able to hang out and talk with. You are like one of my closest friends!
That reminds me... we so need to hang out soon. Its been to long!
Its good that you have that plan in place. My government is doing something similar.
How is the planning for the winter olympics coming out? I cant believe its almost winter already!
